Director of Customer and Product Success
Cleon Cumberbatch joined GrowPath in 2019 as Director of Customer & Product Success. Cleon is a certified Project Manager Professional and has extensive experience in the sales, customer support, and product management industries. Most recently, he served as Technical Project Manager for ServicePower, ensuring effective program management across all corporate initiatives and engagements. From 2016-2019, he played an integral role in delivering large-scale and complex SaaS software solutions to assist organizations in managing their mobile workforces. His major projects and accounts during that span include Electrolux, Allstate, and LG Electronics.
Cleon also has experience in the legal tech arena. From 2005-2016, he oversaw the entire client engagement life-cycle related to CaseTrack, a management software utilized by in-house corporate legal departments. In addition, he was a principal driver in converting CaseTrack from an on-premises solution to a SaaS offering. Among his major accounts were Daimler Trucks, Hyundai Motor America, the Hess Corporation, and Time Warner Cable.
Prior to that, Cleon led a team of Business Development and Account managers for LexisNexis. His projects encompassed services such as document automation, contract management, and targeted product solutions. This came on the heels of being honored with the 2002 “Rookie of the Year” award for his work on various campaigns as a Business Development manager. On top of all that, Cleon is also an accomplished jazz saxophone player. His skills in management, migration, and development are helping usher GrowPath to even greater heights.
