Tara Williams has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Tara began her career as an intellectual property attorney, partnering with many entrepreneurs and helping fledgling and newly-established companies succeed.
For over 15 years, Tara worked as a personal injury attorney, manager, and leader at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, where she successfully handled thousands of cases. She was responsible for creating systems for case and docket management in a variety of disciplines, developed and managed post-demand functionality, and directly contributed to the growth of one of the largest plaintiffs’ firms in the Southeast.
After leading GrowPath as the interim CEO, Tara turned her energy and attention towards improving the total customer experience in 2021. She now oversees and manages GrowPath’s customer services, which includes consulting, onboarding and implementation of software and services, training, post-launch support, and account management. GrowPath Founder James S. Farrin said, “Tara has the right blend of law firm and technology experience to take the GrowPath customer experience to the next level.”
Tara’s broad experience is the ideal foundation for leading customer services at GrowPath. One of her greatest strengths is that she knows what lawyers want and what they care about. She intimately understands the needs of personal injury attorneys and the best systems to support them. And, she also carefully listens to customers to identify key ways to improve products and services.
