Debbie McGrath is a seasoned financial and business operations professional with abundant experience leading companies through restructurings, milestones, and economic turnarounds. In her capacity as CFO, she oversees all financial aspects and safeguards the company’s financial well-being, collaborating with leadership to synchronize financial strategies with the broader business goals. From 2002 through 2023, she directed the financial operations of Kurtosys, a global software solutions company, as their Controller, Global Head of Finance, and CFO. Prior to that, she oversaw the accounting processes of several companies and helped form strategic alliances between their business and accounting departments.
Debbie has 25+ years of corporate accounting experience and has applied her financial and sustainable growth insights to support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across a variety of industries domestically and internationally. She is a respected professional in the financial arena with a solid grasp on the big business picture.
